We are investigating an emerging issue with a third-party service provider causing issue with Support Services Phones local numbers in Japan. We are working with the service provider and will provide another update as progress is being made.

Investigating
We are investigating an emerging issue with Support Services Phones local numbers in Japan related to inbound phone lines being down and customers are unable to call into Akamai Technical Support. We are actively investigating the issue and will provide another update within the next 60 minutes.
