We encountered connectivity issues with some NetStorage servers in Frankfurt between 13:30 UTC and 13:54 UTC on December 13, 2024. This resulted in all requests from Akamai edge servers to these NetStorage servers timing out. We have implemented a fix and can confirm that the issue is now resolved as of 13:54 UTC on December 13, 2024.
