We have implemented a fix for this issue as of 02:15 UTC on 3 February 2023; based on current observations, the service is resuming normal operations. We will continue to monitor to ensure that the impact has been fully mitigated.

We are investigating an emerging issue with Enhanced Content Control Utility (ECCU) Purge, in which some users may have observed the request failing. This issue has no impact on Fast Purge. We are actively investigating the issue and will provide another update within the next 180 minutes.
