We became aware of an issue with Edge Delivery in India related to connectivity issues in the form of latency or connection timeouts that impacted traffic flowing from India to multiple geos. The issue lasted between 11:15 UTC on August 12, 2026, and 11:50 UTC on August 12, 2026. The third-party service provider has implemented a fix and based on current observations, the service is resuming normal operations. Customers and partners can find more details on the Akamai Community. We will continue to monitor to ensure that the impact has been fully mitigated.
