We have implemented a fix for this issue as of 14:59 UTC on April 19, 2022; based on current observations, the service is resuming normal operations. We will continue to monitor to ensure that the impact has been fully mitigated.
We are investigating an emerging issue with Global Traffic Management ("GTM") and Edge DNS ("EDNS") related to configuration change delays, issue started approximately at 13:35 UTC on April 19, 2022. We are actively investigating the issue and will provide another update within the next 30 minutes.
