We have also confirmed this issue impacted Property Manager (PM) and Secure Internet Access (SIA) formerly Enterprise Threat Protector (ETP). We have implemented a fix for this issue as of 18:40 UTC on March 01, 2023; based on current observations, all services are resuming normal operations. We will continue to monitor to ensure that the impact has been fully mitigated.
We are investigating an emerging issue with Cloudlets, Property Manager, Purge and Fast Purge issues related to an increase in 5XX responses and activation (delivery and security) and purge failures. We are actively investigating the issue and will provide another update within the next 30 minutes.
