We have implemented a fix for this issue as of 22:00 UTC on June 29, 2023. Based on current observations, the service is resuming normal operations. We will continue to monitor tomorrow Friday June 30th during European peak hours (18:00-20:00 UTC) to ensure that the impact has been fully mitigated. We are investigating an emerging issue with Edge Delivery in France related to performance degradation at Europe peak hours only (18:00-20:00 UTC). We are actively investigating the issue and will provide another update within the next 60 minutes.
